Culdesac Chauffeur Service started with one vehicle, transporting University of Maryland students to and from venues in downtown D.C. and local airports. The business specialized in providing clients with safe travel and free entry to night clubs in Washington, D.C. and New York. We used Google calendar for reservations and Square for billing clients back then. Since then, we have grown to offer multiple sedans, SUVs, limousines, and buses in the competitive D.C. market. We now have advanced reservations, billing, vehicle and flight tracking software to ensure the security and accuracy of client information kept on file. We also own a separate auto-detailing company that cleans and services our vehicles between every single ride. Most of our clientele consists of corporate and business professionals, wedding parties, and special events. Each year, client demand has doubled, and we continue to learn new ways to innovate and use cutting-edge technology to better serve our clients.
A NOTE FROM the Owner
From infancy, I lived on a "culdesac" in a multi-cultural neighborhood in Silver Spring, MD. Culdesac Chauffeur derives its name from my personal experiences dating back to riding a bicycle around the neighborhood and befriending children from all income levels and backgrounds, realizing the one thing that brought us together is consistency. The culdesac always delivered what we expected - a safe haven to play and enjoy one another's company. Culdesac Chauffeur delivers consistency, quality, and luxury. I personally review every reservation to ensure accuracy. I purchase brand new vehicles. I clean the vehicles daily. I play an active role in our delivery of customer service by working as dispatcher, detailer, and chauffeur. We do not deserve your business.
